Texas "fetal heartbeat" law to be NATIONAL MODEL

Tell me in the history of mankind at any point when there was a fully formed heart capable of producing a heartbeat at 6 weeks. Let me give you a clue....ITS NEVER HAPPENED! It is literally impossible for it to happen. What is wrong with you?

On top of no heart existing, there are no veins or blood to flow through veins for the heart to beat and circulate blood through a body.

It doesn't even have a body.

There are absolutely zero organs or central nervous system or even bones in a 6 week embryo.

All it is, is a clump of cells. No bigger than one quarter of an inch big.

In your personal, subjective opinion, as protected by the right to privacy.

But when you and others on the authoritarian right seek to ‘ban’ abortion, you’ve crossed the line from personal, subjective opinion into the realm of Constitutional law – where as a fact of law your desire to compel women to give birth against their will through force of law is repugnant to the Constitution.

You shitheads forget that a child's "Constitutional" right to live supersedes a bitch's "Constitutional" right to kill the child for the sake of convenience.

Of course you Moon Bats never think about things like that. You little turds are convinced that murder for birth control is just as right as rain.

Is it life?

You won't answer

Why are you so skitterish about this? Even if half the states make laws, you still have the other half. Abortions can still happen. Even in the state making laws.

Biden just mandated the vaccine for all government employees.

Catch up or shut up
That isnt forcing people to take the vaccine. Forcing someone is physically taking them, sitting them down, and jabbing them. These workers have a choice. They can get the jab and continue working their gov job or they can look for work elsewhere that doesnt have that requirement. That is a choice you stupid idiot.

I guess technically there's no vigilantism. But the issue is "standing."
Most controversially, it allows almost anyone in Texas from filing a civil lawsuit against abortion providers and those who aid a woman seeking an abortion after the six-week mark. The person bringing suit would not have to be connected in any way to have legal standing to sue, and plaintiffs could be awarded at least $10,000 plus attorney’s fees if they win.

Texas put this in to avoid being sued itself. But there's no basis for letting anyone sue for anything unless they can show some damage to their person or property.

Now personally, I truly hope GA and Fla and SC and Tenn and Ala (them ferren car plants) and Lerrisianna wit dat pert do the same thing. That'll put the kern cob up sum cracker asses.

I give credence to the fact that a fetus with a heartbeat is as human and alive as you are and deserves civil rights as you do....that's it...
At six weeks it is still an embryo. If there was a heart beating to pump blood throughout it's body you might have a point. There isn't and you don't. The embryo is not viable.

Good grief....

When there is a heart beating you can't get an abortion in Texas...whether its at 6 weeks as you libs keep tossing around or 10 weeks...That's all the bill says...nothing more...the bill is common sense...in Texas if there is a heartbeat the fetus is alive...and I trust the doctors to discern whether they are hearing a heartbeat or not.....

Federal and state governments: States have long had the constitutional authority to mandate vaccinations, which the Supreme Court has upheld twice, first in 1905 and then in 1922. The federal government, however, has limited power to mandate vaccines. It can only require them to prevent transmission of a dangerous infectious disease across state lines or international borders. The federal government has never sought to require nationwide vaccinations, and the courts probably would not allow it. To date, all state government mandates have been for fully approved vaccines. Thus, it is likely cities and states would wait to mandate COVID-19 vaccines until they are fully licensed. But when governments act as employers, they would be in a similar legal position as businesses. Thus, federal and state worker COVID-19 vaccine mandates are fully lawful even under an EUA.

You’re at liberty to seek out an end to abortion consistent with Constitutional case law, without violating the right to privacy.

Your subjective belief that life begins at or before conception is perfectly valid in a moral or religious context – in the context of the law, it is not valid.

Zero to do with Bidum's directive. But you knew that

Have any of you libs ever heard a heartbeat??? it doesn't go boo boom boo boom and it doesn't sound like an electrical impulse...it has a squishy sound...a very unique sound that can not be mistaken for anything else...go to youtube and listen to a heartbeat....

There is no heart to beat and the courts have struck down all other 6 week bans based on that loose interpretation of the developing pace-making heart cells.
