This is my country too. As the very motto of this nation says, "Out of many, one". It is not "white" that got this country, we all got this country.
So pardon my French, but take your divisive nonsense and respectfully shove it. It disgusts me when people try to break us apart into different groups, as if we should all hate others.
And I celebrate 4 July as do most others. As the birthdate of my country. As does my wife, who was not even born here. And your closing comment that I have "the right to point out how whites really got this country" is pure garbage. I guess I did not "get this country"? Not that even makes any sense, but whatever.
One of the things that disgusts me even more than people asking for pity is people who are patronizing.

Edmund Burke 1500 years later still sees my point " custom has the force of a law, abolishes law, and is the interpreter of law." [ I am quoting Aquinas because he is the wellspring of that ]
