i think Robin Meade from HLN was the best. Fredericka Whitfield on CNN comes a close second for being positive and neutral. She is on Saturdays and Sundays.

She's been doing it for about 2 decades now. If I'm not mistaken, Meade was a former Ms. Georgia and she actually used to ride the rail to and from CNN center. Can you imagine someone doing that now?

i forgot to mention Susan Hendricks, the HLN anchor on Saturdays and Sundays. i think Susan Hendricks is the second best national news anchor with Fredericka Whitfield from CNN. Robin, Susan, and Fredericka are/were wonderful news anchors.
