The best way for us to deal with the middle east and Africa is to simply leave them alone. These places are going to hate us no matter what, so why the fuck do we need to shed anymore blood for them? by a individual basis we could sign trade deals, but outside of this we must all of our bases and embassies down. They don't like our attempts at trying to help them and they will forever, or at least until the day they can pull their own heads out of their asses won't stop fighting each other.
Seriously, I wouldn't have anything to do with them outside of trade deals. This means to hell even allowing them to come to our countries as that will just make them hate us. I'd honestly shut our doors and focus our military within the pacific to counter balance China. That's the real threat.
Maybe one day the middle east and Africa will realize how to be first world societies. Sure as hell isn't our job to make them first world societies!
