He hasn't become the next President yet, he has to win the electoral votes cast by the electors, 270 or more, yet....as you guys keep pointing out, the popular vote doesn't count...and who the people within the States voted for, does not matter either....what matters, is who the Electors vote for and whether he gets 270 votes when the electoral college votes on December 19th....The real strategy of the Dems and Stein is to keep the negativity of Trump in the headlines.

BUT the 2 parties had that changed and made it where the electors no longer represent the people within each State's voting district, they now are FORCED to cast their electoral vote for the winner, and all of the people within that state that wanted someone else, do NOT get represented at all....zip, zilch, representation.... electors should vote how their congressional voting district voted, which they represent. If those three states do not have their recount completed which imo is highly unlikely, it could be that those states do not have electors voting in the electoral college vote, and their elector votes gets taken out of the total and they come up with a new number of how many electoral votes is the new half of the total, needed to win....
could be 250 to win instead of 270, or something like that? I dunno, I was just googling and reading about it and it hasn't all sunk in yet....
but you can bet your bootie, those states will not let their electors being picked miss the deadline....imo.
