Thus them moving their manufacturing overseas because $4 an hour labor, makes them more money....

These corporations, in least... the most of them, will sadly imo, find another 50 factories elsewhere, with cheap labor, like VietNam, Indonesia, India, Taiwan, or Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala etc etc.... before moving their manufacturing back to a $15 an hour wage in the USA....

There are more important things: for a start - jobs and economy followed by public health such as developing a vaccine, and ballooning debt. The concern with China is a distant one and I would place emphasis on continuing towards a more equitable trade policy. China didn't cause the virus, and it while it's actions hindered public health efforts in the beginning - it would have spread regardless. It would be a waste of time and resources to spend energy on the blame game. We have more important concerns.

A better way would have been to team up with other countries to create a more powerful block and selectively gone after specific aspects of trade with China - we aren't the only country who has problems with China's trade practices. But - when you are throwing tariffs on your allies it's kind of difficult to then ask them to help you with China isn't it? Trump shot himself in the foot with this one, and cost us a boatload of money in welfare with out, yet, getting anything significant in return.
