Nice try but the chickens are different stages in their lives so you can't compare them. Note that the rooster on the right has a red crest on his head, and the rooster on the left doesn't.

Also how did you find and photograph chickens from 1957 and 1968? Do you have access to a time machine?

I read the article, and nowhere does it say that roosters that are larger are unhealthy to humans.
