Now that those of us who are rational know the "Russia did it" thing is a lie, do you think lamest duck in world history will do something stupid based on the lie, like George Bush 43 did? Can't Congress preemptively prevent Obama from doing anything stupid that the US will regret for years knowing that the "Russia hacked the election" bullshit is total bullshit and only butthurt Crooked Hillary and Crazy Bernie (embarassingly) idiots are falling for it?
