The PROBLEM with Georgia is that have no way to distinguish between legal votes and illegal votes.

It is easy to stuff a ballot box or replace a valid ballot with an invalid one in Georgia.

The answer, which some states have already done, it to have an identifier on the ballot itself.

Given that both the original count and the recount showed a solid Biden victory......the State of Georgia certifying the election results for Biden seems quite likely.
