No.... the REPs and CONs generally like laws followed and enforced.. so you can't do whatever you want...

I wouldn't support arresting them, but in all fairness, a case could probably be made for it. The police stop people from doing stupid and dangerous stuff all the time. If not for their own good, then to save police the trouble of cleaning up the mess afterwards.
