The difference is that you can depend on electricity from the coal plant pretty much 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. And the solar, maybe 8 hours a day. Sometimes 100% of capacity, sometimes much less. I wouldn't want to depend on solar to keep a loved one alive who needed 24/365 power.
I'm sure it would be sufficient for your oxygen needs. But who would I mock tomorrow?
