The left-wing ideology is imploding before our very eyes

There's very little competition in pure capitalism as the biggest and most powerful will either buy it out, run it out or starve it out.
Nothing could be further from the truth. For starters - there is no competition from "bigger" and "more powerful" competitors when it comes to innovation. If you create a product that doesn't exist, you don't have competition from anyone.

You're entire premise falls flat on its face. It always does.

So why did two Republican presidents get laws passed that were supposed to restore competition?

So why did two Republican presidents get laws passed that were supposed to restore competition?
Because....
  • Not all men are perfect. Even Ronald Reagan made a mistake or two
  • The overwhelming majority of Republican's are true Kennedy-era liberals (RINO's)
  • The politics dictated it (i.e. donors, lobbyists, polls, etc.)
  • You would have to ask them. I cannot speak on their behalf

There are always entities bigger, wealthier, and more powerful than you who will copy your product. If you have copyrights they will design their product to get around your copyrights.

Really? :lmao:

Nobody is bigger, more powerful, or wealthier than Apple. And they got crushed on a patent lawsuit...

Apple owes $626 million in damages after losing huge patent case

How come the left hasn't figured out yet that their lies don't hold up in this era of the internet and technology?
Your argument was about an entity with a new or unique product did not have to contend with competition, not about the hit or miss attributes of law suites intended to limit competitiveness. Apple may have lost a law suite, but they were competitive with the patent holder. The end result of the lawsuit was a determination of how much in royalties, etc. Apple has to pay to the patent holder. Apple competed in the space and with the product.
No lies were told to refute and debunk your distorted delusion of reality.

You claimed that the patents will not protect you against the big guns. You just got proven dead wrong. Nobody is bigger, wealthier, or more powerful than Apple and they lost their ass in a patent case.

How embarrassing for you. I can't believe you were dumb enough to come back and double down on your idiocy.

The American system is imploding.
The American "system" is not imploding. It is showing how strong its institutions are and how strong its "system" is. We cab put total assholes in the White House and our institutions, Constitution, the form of government balances and muddles through the worst of times.

I'll remind you that you said this.

Wait...what?!? The patent holder was "competitive" with Apple?!? You poor pathological liar and nitwit - you really should have read the article before commenting...
VirnetX (VHC) has been labeled a "patent troll" because it is a patent holding company and sells just a single product. It has just 14 employees and rents office space for $5,000 a month.
So to cover up your previous lies, you now want to convince everyone that a company with a grand total of 14 employees is on par with Apple?!? Bwahahahaha! Now you're even lying about your lies....

Now that is a good point. The biggest assholes in U.S. history (Barack Obama, Van Jones, Eric Holder, Hitlery Clinton) sat in the White House and did everything in their power to collapse the U.S. Yet we are still standing. Thank God for President Trump. It's astounding how quickly he is turning everything around.

Did the patent stop Apple from competing? The obvious answer, since there was a lawsuit filed when Apple went ahead and used the patent and ignored it in favor of a lawsuit, is no, the patent did not stop Apple from competing. Your evaluation that Apple lost it ass is just a speculative opinion because you do not know how much Apple made from using the patent and what the final figure actually means to Apples gain or loss. The point is, and the reason your assessment is wrong is that the patent did not protect from competition.

Did the patent stop Apple from competing?
Uh....why is your focus to stop other companies from "competing"?!? If you're the first to market with a product you're going to make a shit-ton of money. If during that time, someone steals your idea, you're going to make a shit-ton more on lawsuits (see the Apple lawsuit). In the end - it all adds up to piles of money for the "little guy" that you're desperate to make a victim.

Tell me something snowflake...did any "big company" stop Mark Zuckerberg from creating Facebook in his dorm room? Did any "big corporation" stop Facebook from becoming one of the largest and most powerful companies in the world today? Did any "big corporation" stop Mark Zuckerberg from becoming one of the wealthiest people in the world?

Oops....
