The Main Focus for Five Years has been to Not Negotiate or Compromise with Obama

Now all of a sudden they think the public hasn't noticed and they can get away with playing like they are reasonable and rational?

Calling Obama a Muslim has not worked. Saying he was born in Kenya hasn't worked, and is actually blowing up in Rafael Cruz's face now. Whining about golf games and making fun of Michelle's ass and labeling foreign policy trips "vacations" and holding their breath until they turn blue have all been catastrophic fails which are one big smoke and mirrors show for the rubes to conceal the GOP is completely bankrupt of ideas to help the country. All they have is empty rhetoric. Freedom! Liberty! Duhhhhh...America!

After more than a decade of sporting flag pins, they have no actual policies. No actual ideas. Nothing but whining and complaining and prognistications of doom and gloom. That's the GOP today.

Reagan won by actually putting solid ideas out there. He also overflowed with cheerful optimism. And, yes, he was willing to compromise.

Really? This could also be said:"The Obama's Main Focus for Five Years has been to Not Negotiate or Compromise with the Republicans

Name just one time where Obama has Negotiated or Compromised on anything?
Seems that he has gotten his way on most everything. If the Republicans did not Negotiate or Compromise explain how Obamacare got passed?

The PPACA/Obamacre got passed because the PEOPLE of America in 2006 and 2008, threw the reckless Republicans out of BOTH houses of the Congress, and the Presidency.

There is NOTHING illegal, unethical, or immoral about laws passed by a majority of one party if that one party holds both houses of the Congress.

You have it backwards. Right after the 2009 inauguration, there was a meeting with Congressional leaders. The Republicans wanted to negotiate some budgetary thing and Obama cut them off at the knees with the words "I won."

That's hardly the attitude of a man who keeps going to Congress hat in hand only to be turned away, dontchathink?

I'd say the healthcare law itself was a gigantic concession from Obama to R's.

It was mostly Republican ideas. And they pretended like it was Armageddon.

Then there was the continuation of the tax cuts, which he was against but still passed.

The sequestration was something designed to give Rep's deep cuts if the two parties couldn't compromise on things. Democrats don't like cutting things, yet the sequestration happened.

Yea, Obama the non compromiser. Obama who sat down on live TV for 6 and 1/2 hours with anti Obamacare Republicans and answered all of their inquiries, all by his lonesome at a table.

Exactly, Tip O'Neill.told House Democrats to 'can it, Reagan won' which allowed Reagan and the Speaker to work together while opposing each other at EVERY turn. What happened?

First Newt Gingrich felt dissed over a ride on Air Force 1, so he shuts down government, then around a decade and a half later, the whole GOP leadership team gets dissed by a young whipper snapper (black guy to boot) and they shut down the government.

See a pattern of hissy fits here?

BHO got everything he wanted in the first two years so stop whining. So technically they only blocked him for 3 thus far. Let's hope for 3 more years of the same least the damage be irreversible

No, he actually didn't.

You must have forgotten about Scott Brown and the record number of filibusters.

Just as there were no , not a one, nada GOP votes for Clinton's '93 budget, tbere were no GOP votes for Obamacare (filled with previously backed by conservatives, ideas).

No it isn't, the Dems Health Care Bill is exactly opposite of what Repubs proposed.

You need to look up your mid 90's history.

When Hillary was championing single payer, but Newt and Heritage foundation countered it with the idea of the exchanges, the individual mandate, the crossing state lines for competition, and the tax cuts.

later implemented by Romney in Massachussetts.

But the re-writes have been rich.

The PPACA/Obamacre got passed because the PEOPLE of America in 2006 and 2008,

If I remember correctly this thread is about Obama..... Let me remind you that Barack Obama's inauguration as the 44th President of the United States took place on Tuesday, January 20, 2009....... So why are you bringing up dates prior to that?
The ObamaCare aka The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, was passed in the senate on December 24, 2009, and passed in the house on March 21, 2010. It was signed into law by President Obama on March 23rd, 2010 and upheld in the supreme court on June 28, 2012.
I believe you have a problem with dates.

They had the Majority during Hillary Care too.
The difference was they listened to the majority of the people who did not want it.
This time they passed a health care bill against the majority of the people who did not want it.
