It "crashed and thus most likely experienced electrical or mechanical failure.
As the incursions have been violating NATO nation airspace, they are simply intelligence gathering on NATO military movement and obviously not attacking any of the NATO nations.
NATO's policy is that an "ATTACK" on one NATO nation, is an "ATTACK" on all.
All NATO can do is either complain or shoot down the drones. Nothing more, unless NATO wants World War III.
