Actually it seems that the Founding Fathers thought freedom of religion and freedom of speech were the most important issues in the Bill of Rights so they made them #1. If course freedom of speech and religion have been under assault by the democrat party going back to FDR. Once the radical fringe of the democrat party gets it's slimy hands on a single Amendment they will all fold like a deck of cards and that's what the brave new world of Hillary and Sanders liberalism is counting on.
