The vaccines are such a florid disaster I wouldn't be surprised if some news events are orchestrated to divert attention from them. Because I cannot think of a bigger govt debacle than those vaccines. It's more than one in a generation or one in a century. Much bigger.

Surgical masks are only ever meant to keep spit and fluids away from open wounds. They are not mitigating for viruses and never were. Yet were wore them for over a year, breathing in God knows whatever chemicals China put in them.
