A vast, coordinated, and well-organized array of mental hospitals, psychiatric wards, and associated behavioral health services does happen to exist within the United States for the control and management of popular belief systems called "delusional" or "paranoid" or "schizophrenic" or denigrated by other pejorative terms of establishment medicine.
