In truth, Sadam was just another liberal socialist like Hitler Stalin Mao Pol Pot Castro. All the big liberals have very big ideas that ultimately clash with the USA's freedom. Indeed all of human history since Plato and Aristotle defined the terms has been the battle between freedom and govt. Why our liberals spied for Stalin and Sadam is anyone's guess. Ask yourself what the liberal emperor Obama would be doing on climate change, health care, immigration, and taxes were it not for saintly Republicans reminding him of the Constitution. A liberal always has perfect faith in the value and righteousness of his ideas to everyone else.

Edie is nothing but a far right reactionary Mises clone, and s/he does not even get that right. Sigh.

I hear the falafels are really good in Iraq too, that's good enough reason for me. I'd go to war for a good falafel any time.

I've never been crazy about felafel but I do love my homemade garlic hummus.

Ed dear, you should try it on a bran muffin. Lots of fiber ... cuz man oh man, you are full of it.

Lock and load for kabobs baby!!!!
Would that be considered kabobulating........?

We always try to avoid any collateral kabobulating, but sometimes civilian casualties are unavoidable.

It's in the freaking document. We used combat Troops in Iraq to enforce about a hundred U.N. sanctions. Congress voted for it including about 36% of democrats. Why we bombed Yugoslavia is another matter for political scholars to ponder.
