It is the same repeated and opportunist tone. Washington is depressed by the continuation of the conflict in South Sudan. It is more depressed because there is no any progress towards ending the conflict. It is just like the fox when he walks preaching. Obama sings a decree imposing sanctions on South Sudan. The order includes freezing of money and assets, in addition to travel embargo on some South Sudan officials, who are said to be threatening peace and stability in the South. But who are they? It is America. It does what it does without some one to deter it. What has America done to help peace and stability in the South? It is the American mentality.
