All Clinton's "popular vote" was illegals' vote. Nobody even cares to count how many MILLIONS of illegals' votes keep affecting the results of every elections in USA. Without illegals Dems may not even have won an election.

For example Delaware did not comply, however their state law currently allows the commissioner to give voter registration data including names, addresses, political party, voting history, legislative district information and year of birth to members of the public. So they refused to hand over publicly available information?

Yep, states stood up to the overreaching Fed Govt and told them to fuck off. The Feds had no right to that data and most states have laws preventing it from being given to the Feds. There is a reason that elections are done on a state by state level and not control by the Fed Govt.

But you big government loving statist want the Feds to take all the power away from the states...nothing you hate more than states rights.
