The Unenforceability of abortion bans

Joe, you ignorant slut. Just quit your bitching. All this Supreme Court decision means is that now abortion will be treated like almost all other issues and will be up to the discretion of the States and Locals.

If a woman wants to kill her child for birth control all she will have to do is go to one of the Commie states. The Commie states love killing children.
This is a lie.

No children are being killed.

It is neither the role nor responsibly of government to dictate to citizens whether they may have a child or not - Federal, state, or local.

You Liberals are just as ignorant of Biology as you are of Economics, History, Climate Science, Ethics and the Constitution.

You also deny that they are children for the same reasons the Nazis denied that Jews were human. To justify the killing.

Since they would have been BORN to US citizens they BORN children would be US citizens by existing law.

If you think anchor babies are a problem just wait until you get anchor fetuses
No problem. We just need to make a clear definition of who qualifies as a citizen. That one clause (owing allegiance) gets short shrift. Nothin’ that can’t be fixed.

Well, it's a bogus charge because Peterson didn't do it. He was convicted purely on the emotion he was cheating on his pregnant wife.

And like an innocent person, he didn't bother to challenge a bullshit law he was charged with... because he's maintaining his innocence.
The question was not directed to you. If it was a bogus charge why is the law still standing in California? He challenged it dumbass he claimed he was innocent.

It isn't unconstitutional if the SC hasn't ruled on it, Stupid.
It hasn't been brought up the chain yet has it Asshole? And FYI any lower court can stop a law from being enforced until it is heard by the SC this particular law just hasn;t been challenged yet.

That lack of challenge in no way implies constitutionality
