Where in the definition of capitalism are the words "State intervention?"

The very nature of capitalism is that it operates independently of the state.

If your reference is to Hobbes book, I agree with the concept of a Social Contract and disagree absolutely with the concept of an absolute Sovereign.

Social contract theory is applied to justify the sovereignty of a non-inclusive minority.

Since Rousseau invented it, the theory itself has been hypocritical to the beliefs of those that maintain it. The liberal state is contradictory with social contract theory.
