we are alredy sending lethal weapons to Ukraine .... why should MiG's be off the table ? should the world stand back and allow the aggressor Russia to dictate the rules of engagement ??

Well the war is between Russia and Ukraine... Both have blood on their hands since 2014. We can only help where we think that we can, but no direct conflict with Russia is viable or doable in the situation. This isn't our war, and what's going on between the two is out of our control. It's in a region that is in Russia's interest, and in Ukrainian interest, and the fact that it couldn't have been avoided somehow, otherwise through "world diplomacy" is just tragic for both warrior's who are now fighting each other in the world's view.
