This man was a part of a group-------you catch the first guy who walks over and grabs the cop standing on the ledge and tossing him over onto the top of the group of cops below him. Then the first attacker quietly rejoins the GROUP while the fire extinguisher thrower then separates from the group and tosses the extinguisher onto the cops and quietly rejoins the group as they walk off.

Its a group and they have haven't found them yet but they have got the guy who dared put his feet on pelosis desk.
