They're Trying To Compare Obamacare With Katrina Now

Remember when you loved it until Obama did it, then you hated it?

Obama did it wrong. Democrats and Republicans can see that.

Any bill that must be passed in order to we what the bill proposes is a bad bill. Everyone had to take the bill based on good faith. It was never fully explained and it didn't need to be because Democrats held the government.

Health care reform could be so much better without forcing single males to buy maternity coverage and birth control. Without a mandate that forces everyone to buy a product, even if they don't want it. Government enforcement of purchasing a product for no reason other than the government says so is bad government.

Now, that is actually not true. The bill was available online in all it's forms.

The bills are always available here:

You mean that elected official wig alongside a lot of other public officials never answered serious questions about the law and just said "take our word for it"? That person?

I am so tired of "Poor people always could get health insurance, and health care. The problem always has been insurance has to be paid for......."

The better point is tens of millions did not get affordable and accessible quality health care.

Medicaid and Emergency room treatment is FREE and so are the thousands of easily accessible FREE City and County operated clinics and Hospitals. That takes affordable and accessible off of the table.

You do have to make an appointment to a clinic, and the millions of FREE obamaphones that the poor have can be used to do that.

Most of the Doctors at these FREE clinics volunteer their services and are the same Doctors that the paying customers see. That takes quality health care off of the table

Next!

Poor people can always go to an overcrowded emergency room and get treated with minimum care by an overworked resident, so what are you guys complaining about.

Ummm, yeah.

Jesus, do you people even hear yourselves sometimes?

Are you serious?

Where do you think they are going to be when they can't or don't pay the premium or deductible?

I'll refrain, it's so sad you're so.............

They are about the same subject.

You wouldn't have people getting government benefits if they could get good paying jobs.

Like we used to have before REagan.

Carter was president before Reagan you fucken idiot.

Unemployment was higher then than it is now. So was inflation. So was the interest rate. Remember paying 30% for short-term loans?

Course not.

What kind of idiot takes out a short term loan?

Things were at a temporary slump under Carter, but Reagan used that as an excuse to destroy the middle class. "Hey, we're fighting inflation!"

Take it up with Heritage and Republicans they supported it all the way up until Obama supported it.

Women have to support prostate care they probably wont ever need.

Think about it like this: 10 people put their money together for a party. Everyone shows up and theres drinks, music and food. You look over while tearing into your 3rd burger and see Tina drinking a diet coke. Only, you dont drink diet coke. You say the whole party was a failure because money was spent on something you wont drink while belching and grabbing another handful of chips.

Sorry bossy, you dont get to control everything. You can always do for yourself in the woods of Alaska and you wont have to worry about any of it.

Where's the link for that stupid newspaper clip?
On his hard drive...there's more to it than the encircled passage, and he knows it.

Of course there is...The circled part is surrounded by other words. You might've noticed that. So yes, there is more than the circled part.:cuckoo: I typed Heritage Foundation Healthcare Plan into google and it popped up.

I notice you didnt question whether if it was true (because you know it is) you just want to demand that I provide you with more and more stuff until I dont want to anymore then yell "Aha".

Weak Sauce

Of course not. It's also not my job to do what they do: inform their constituents that voted them in office. They hold no sense of responsibility for the public trust they are entrusted with.

Yeah, right.....uhuh.....yeah sure.

What do you think an auto loan is?

Every time you post you show just how stupid you really are.

There was no "word for it" to be taken. The bills are online.

This thread sums up the Right's dilemma - they would all love to call this Obama's Katrina; the only problem is, they don't think Bush did anything wrong during Katrina.

You can blame Bush all you want, Blanco & Nagin where full blown idiots...

But it's clear, you're use to making the wrong choice...

So it's not racist to let under privileged people who can't afford a ten dollar ID vote without proof of who they are.

It's also not racist for those same people who can't afford internet to not be informed by elected officials?

Is that your argument? Cause I read much of the bill. It's not me I'm worried about.

Ha.Ha.--They will try to spin the failures of Obamacare onto BOOOSSSH any day now--they've run out of everyone else to blame, except of course THEMSELVES.

I think the fail is that you couldn't find this document.

Original 1989 document where Heritage Foundation created Obamacare’s individual mandate

So one person working for one think tank, which criticizes the GOP often, wrote something 30 years ago and that becomes "THe GOP came up with the idea of a mandate"??
Really?

Really?

Only because they did. The Heritage Foundation came up with the idea, Bob Dole actually proposed it, Romney implemented it in MA, but when the black guy did it, it became "socialism".

Fucking RW has lost its mind.
