This is how low we've gotten as a country!!

and had this never been published you people never would have even known this happened. nor would you of cared. You would go back to whining about Paula Dean, Obama vacations, or some other tabloid story.

I really need to buy stock in Kleenex.

First off, even you know this violated Roe, Second where in the US Constitution does it give any right to murder offspring out of pure convenience? And third, you are one sick puppy which Hitler would be proud of, Nazi!

The trimester approach in Roe is no longer the standard. Now, the question is viability.

So what's the next logical step for these murderers? Usefulness?

The next logical step is 100% abortion unless the government has a need for an extra person that cannot be filled by an immigrant.

The next logical step is forced abortions with cash prizes paid to anyone who turns in a pregnant woman. That will be easy with the vast stasi network the government is creating.

She couldn't figure it out before 20 weeks?

In most of the world, she'd be behind bars as a murderer.

Fortunately we live in an enlighten society and Constitutional Republic where the government isn’t authorized to interfere in matters both personal and private, and where each citizen enjoys the right to privacy to make personal decisions in good faith and in accordance with his own good conscience.

Roe is no longer the current case law concerning privacy rights, Casey is.

Prohibiting a woman from having an abortion at or about 20 weeks would be a violation of Casey, which is not the case is this situation.

To find the right to privacy in the Constitution, do a search for ‘Griswold/Roe/Casey’ and ‘substantive due process.’

Consider abandoning the ‘Hitler’ references, it makes you sound hysterical and desperate.

All lies right there! The babies would not only have survived, but thrived outside of the mother's womb. This was a clear cut case of convenience. And I hope she suffers dearly for it!

And yet are able to force everyone else to pay for their mistakes.

Enlightened, pffft...

We are indeed an enlightened society to understand that government cannot dictate to citizens concerning personal, private matters, and that government must be subject to such restrictions to protect individual liberty.

And we are an enlighten society to understand that ‘banning’ abortion is no ‘solution,’ that indeed abortion was practiced long before Roe, and would continue even if ‘banned.’

individual liberty ends where a human life is concerned, dipshit.

This is ignorant hyperbole.

Abortion is not ‘murder.’

who made you pay for this abortion?

This is likely a reference to ‘overall social costs,’ as opposed to actual dollars and cents.

But one should consider the devastating loss of our civil liberties and individual rights if government were allowed to dictate to citizens concerning personal, private matters.

The individual knows best how to conduct his life, not government.

Another republican "we really cherish human life" thread. If there's ever a national health care plan proposed, who opposes it even though lack of health care causes the death of over 40,000 lives a year in America? Republicans. Who opposes nutrition programs for the poor or a head start program that might help young kids and low income parents? Repubs of course. Food stamps? Nothing but hate and venom from repubs, tea baggers, whatever you call yourselves. These threads are full of you republican swine bitching about people in poverty because it might cost you some money in tax increases and more importantly in your sick ass kissing minds, it might cost the very wealthy more in taxes.

Actually, you know that is utterly false as the government can and does regulate when a woman can have an abortion and that regulation prevents it after a certain time period.
