Proactive policies can be implemented, and that was shown in NYC during the late 90's until recently.

Right now under SJW DA's the system isn't even reacting, it's making excuses like you are.

Most cities are blue. They have a different set of needs than rural areas.

Do you have a red city that you’d like to show an a model for how things should be run?

Sure, the way Rudy ran NYC when he was Mayor. Got all the homeless off the street, made sure criminals went to jail, supported our police, ran the mob out of the city. That's how it's done. Or how about when DeSantis passed law that it's legal to run through mobs that are trying to stop your car during protests? You never see anybody doing that shit in Florida like you do in commie cities.

And what needs do big cities have? You mean like making shoplifting virtually legal like in San Fran causing stores to close up and move out? Or in Chicago when Lighthead created policy that police can't give foot pursuit of a criminal until they call it in and get permission from their supervisor where the criminal is long gone by then? Or Festerman that wants legal injection sites in PA? Those kinds of needs?

They just didn't stop random people, they stopped people acting in a way to warrant a search.

It was found constitutional.
