Tim Allen: Being conservative in Hollywood is like 1930s Germany

I actually put him on ignore for a while, but then realized how helpful he is in making my points. Just treat him like a spoiled 8-year old kid - at some point he punches himself out and goes away..
So you do this by whining like a little bitch about how mean I am to you? Brilliant strategy...
See?

seems to be working.

what strategy is

I WILL IGNORE YOU!!!
no i won't.
YES I WILL
no i won't
YES I WILL

cause that just redefines stupidity, but who would do that???

Conservatives seem to believe 'tolerance' means to all things at all times and all people on all issues. A slippery slope argument ad infinitum. They also get butthurt when groups of people that disagree with their worldview gather together.

The nonsensical ravings of a demented mind.

Sorry snowflakes that conservatives aren't creative enough or talented enough to form a 'conservative Hollywood' rather than whine and bitch about the one that exists. Why hasn't that happened? Why don't Tim Allen and the other handful of whiners go start their own studios and make 'conservative' movies? It's becaue the business model is one of failure, no one goes to these movies. It is a tiny niche market.

Conservatives are the part of the population that aren't the creative people, deal with it and stop whining about those that are. You can't compete? Tough, it's called capitalism. Go find your socialist movie industry in Venezuela.

THe Film/TV industry is supported by American consumers and laws. That the liberals in it have discriminated and purged to the point that they dominated the industry is not the fault of the conservatives who are the victims of their abuse of power.

That you try to justify your side's discrimination is just you being a p.o.s.

This will blow up in your face some day.

Tim Allen's show was one of ABC's highest rated shows. The cancellation isn't about ratings or advertisers pulling out. It's about pissed off libs. Funny that most of the writers were libs and I doubt that they intended for the appeal of the show to be the conservative message. I am boycotting ABC and so are many others. They can choose whatever shows they want and we can choose which networks to support or not. ABC Network: Save Tim Allen's Show "Last Man Standing"

Whining has become the rallying call of conservatives. "LIfe's not fair, why was my show cancelled after 6 seasons". Many shows are cancelled after one viewing. I've already said it, if you can build a tv network you can put on it whatever you like, there are plenty of angry wealthy cons who could have done that any time in the last 50 years. They haven't. Why? Because they offer a product few people want to buy. Otherwise there would be a conservative Hollywood and they would be churning out hit movies. It will never happen. Conservatives by nature and nurture are not the creative people in the population and I don't think anyone would argue with this that is older than 12.

Come up with a show that sells. Perhaps a show about nothing.

NOthing but making excuses for the abuse of power by the partisan lefties in Hollywood.

If the situation was reversed, you assholes would be burning down movie theaters.

Abuse of power? LOL It isn't government Cubby, it's an industry. Conservatives whine about 'the free market' until the free market rejects them outright. And that is all that is happening here. When you own a television network then you can decide which shows are on air and which aren't. I generally like Tim Allen but he is a whiner. He takes millions of dollars from an industry and they make a business decision he doesn't like and he likens the entire industry to Germany. Get out then Tim, go back to touring or do something else. Or get your con pals together and start your own studio and network.

But he won't and conservatives won't ever do that. They aren't creative enough and no one would watch what the put out.

Economics 101, if no one is buying your product you need to find a new business. Whining about 'oh the real world is too hard' won't get you anywhere and I would guess very few people would want to hire him now that he has badmouthed an entire industry.

No one "owns" a network, they have investors or stockholders that they have a professional and ethical responsibility to to maximize return.

Making decisions based on personal political beliefs is a betray of that trust and an abuse of power.

So do we have to watch a show about dick head Republicans? All we did was exercise our freedom to not watch that bullshit.

I've been exercising my right to not watch liberal, commie propaganda faggotry by cutting the cord in 2011. I haven't gone back, and I doubt I ever will.

The show had very good ratings, second highest for a comedy. That was amazing considering they moved it to a bad time slot on Friday night. Would have done even better on it's original night. As Tim Allen just said, there is nothing more dangerous, in the current climate, than having a likeable conservative. Wouldn't want ABC to allow true diversity. The show had mostly liberal writers but Tim had a lot of input. I think the liberal pukes at ABC just couldn't tolerate a show that demonstrated how conservatives are generous and do the right thing. Makes it hard to paint a false picture and that is what they do all the time. Now that Last Man Standing is gone, they can go back to picking on conservatives without allowing anyone on the right to have a voice.

Riiiight. Nobody makes decisions, they send out an email on everything and find out what 'shareholders' want to do.

You know very little about business or you are intentionally obtuse. Either way you have no argument but you are trying your best with popsicle sticks to build one.

That was you inventing a strawman because you could not refute my point(s).

That is a tacit admission that you know I am right.

Your rationalizations for the way the liberals discriminate against people that are different from them, is just you being a bigot.

Riiiight. Nobody makes decisions, they send out an email on everything and find out what 'shareholders' want to do.

You know very little about business or you are intentionally obtuse. Either way you have no argument but you are trying your best with popsicle sticks to build one.

I said nothing that called for you to say, "nobody makes decision, they send out an email".

That was you inventing a strawman because you could not refute my point(s).

That is a tacit admission that you know I am right.

You don't follow a conversation, you simply use poorly placed and incorrect terms that you don't understand. Have another Popsicle.

And to prevent my valid point(s) from being buried under your meaningless dreck.

So do we have to watch a show about dick head Republicans? All we did was exercise our freedom to not watch that bullshit.

Everything I heard was that it has quite high ratings and was cancelled anyways.
They moved family guy to 12:30 and put this crap on at 11. I now go to bed at 11.

When us liberals hear a con cracking on us we don't think it's funny and there aren't enough of you.

If mama on mamas family talked politics she'd probably have been cancelled too

Tim Allen's show was one of ABC's highest rated shows. The cancellation isn't about ratings or advertisers pulling out. It's about pissed off libs. Funny that most of the writers were libs and I doubt that they intended for the appeal of the show to be the conservative message. I am boycotting ABC and so are many others. They can choose whatever shows they want and we can choose which networks to support or not. ABC Network: Save Tim Allen's Show "Last Man Standing"

The truth is randi Rhodes kicked trumps ass but they squashed the liberal voice on the radio. Tim allens show was just lame like his last show

When the nightly news is touting the ravaging by the conservative white man then a popular sitcom with a conservative white man makes the false narratives harder to sell, so;gotta go.
Probably should be a total blackout of positive conservatives on TV shows-that's a real cozy safe space
