well he is not a private citizen he is a former president, he gets security along with his family. The law doesn't limit impeachment to a president in office. you find me one statement that makes that statement first.Well, then. Feel free to show the law that states a private citizen can be impeached.oh yes you can. Sorry bubbaNope...you can't impeach a private citizen unless you started the impeachment process before they left office. You can indict them in a court of law....but not impeach....An impeachment is a process to legally remove them from office.The same as a sitting president. look it up.Oh....and how do you impeach a Former President?
