Breathing rarified air.
I've worked at home for the better part of 2 decades. In the beginning I struggled with working from home because I was not used to it. The best advice is to have a routine as similar to your normal work routine as possible.

Get up and take a shower.
Get dressed as if you are going to work.
Remove all distractions if you are the type that gets distracted. Headphones or buds help block out the surrounding noise.
Take your breaks just like you do at work. If you have to set an alarm.
Stay focused on your job. This is not the time to go shopping at the mall.
Take your lunch on time.
Lastly and most importantly have a quitting time. Its easy to work overtime when you work from home if you have tunnel vision. Set an alarm and stop when the alarm goes off.
