Maryland data is quite telling....
Note that the majority of the cases and hospitalizations are in fully-vaccinated people. Of course, most people are fully-vaccinated.
But note that they also count partially-vaccinated people in the blue.
If there is any doubt that the vaccines don't work, just look to the CDC guidelines - there is no difference in recommendations between vaccinated and unvaccinated people.
