in other words, you want a police state.

Progs just keep proving that they're a bunch of fucking NAZIs.
Opposition to Fascism will promote some Nazi ideals. Can you think of some that can be honestly attributed to Nazism?

Awwww, the poor thing who ran his big mouth on Twitter, violated their TOS now comes up with another deranged conspiracy theory & sues. That's a shame.

If your boy had to use his own money to pay lawyers to file shit like this he'd think twice. Instead he's got a $100 million dollar slush fund at his disposal thanks to his grift, donated by suckers like you, too stupid to know any better.

Trump needs to reach up really high to get out from under the rock he lives under.
Their terms of service violate the First Amendment, you fucking NAZI.

The way you hate the First Amendment is truly nauseating. This country has come down a long way when vermine like you feel comfortable posting NAZI shit like that in a public forum.

you are the fascist, NAZI. Do you believe censorship is consistent with freedom?

Nope, you don't even care.

The government has no business forcing Trump supporters to do anything, you fucking NAZI

This has to be seen as Trump's appeal to the judicial branch to control the media.

See #6 in the link.

Trump has a chance to succeed if he has asserted enough politically biased judges, on the grounds you suggested. That is, claiming that his opponents control government.

Yes, Trump screaming racist, racist, racist at everyone certainly stirred up tribalism.

No wait, that was the Democrats ...
Oh...these aren't racists then?

So you see the hypocrisy. Taliban literally treats women as slaves and kills gays. Yet they are welcome on Twitter. Crazy times.
So, you want our military to go back into that country forever to FORCE them to be like us?

According to the article, Trump is "arguing the social media company was 'coerced' by members of the U.S. Congress to suspend his account."

So, yeah. We need proof.
Government is the very definition of coercion. I can say that I, for one, am not very comfortable with the idea that any entity anywhere ever goes to the government to define what is 'true.'
Agreed. But I don't think the that has anything to do with Twitter banning trump. The Twitter ban was in response to the Jan. 6th insanity. The stuff with social media "collaborating" with government to stop misinformation happened later, and is another debate. It's certainly possible that members of Congress did, in fact, made threats and demands. And if Trump has evidence of that, we should nail them. Somehow, I doubt he does.

They are not regulated the same way. Verizon could never get in trouble for a text you sent, but Twitter has been sued successfully for tweets on their platform.
Not really. The only instance I can find of such is posted child pornography.

To extend this into anything remotely relevant to the topic at hand is way beyond a slippery slope fallacy. To be sure, I agree with your underlying point, FB and Twitter have full rights to monitor their platform as they see fit however they want but it is not because of liability. It is because they own the property and get to dispense with it as they please. At least in a free nation they do.

Sec. 230 is massively misunderstood IMHO.

Utter horsehit. What's the point of debating NAZIs who do nothing but lie?

Child pornography is evidence of a crime, so it doesn't fall under the definition of a crime.

You sound very unhappy there.
