I think that liberals as a group, have conflated in their minds, the coming transition to "Minority Majority" with the "dying out" or "last gasp" of White Americans, and are looking forward to ruling without restraint.

That will include, among other things, more of what we already see, ie complete contempt for traditional White Americans, active hostility to their interests, widespread and ever increasing discrimination against them, and the characterization of any complaint about this, as "hate speech" soon to be punishable by imprisonment (as we already see in the UK).


Indeed, this is, imo, nearly unavoidable at this late date, and it strikes me as insanely shitty to make fun of someone facing this near certainly, for expressing some completely righteous anger about this.


Indeed, such behavior is, again, imo, far worse than anything Trump has done.

I frankly don't think you're all that far off. I've said many times that what is coming is not going to be about healing and progress, but about punishment and payback. It doesn't take much to see that, and many on the Left refuse to admit it. Or see it.

This is why I'm against what has happened to the Democratic Party. If it swings too far to the Left, what you describe won't be fantasy. Once the moderates in the party are gone, that's it. And we're definitely getting there.

So, the GOP has to do a better job of demonstrating it's not what the Democrats say it is. Step One of that process might be publicly marginalizing people who say things like this:

But to the low brow culture set who admires the fake nature of wrestling and the banal concerns of reality TV shows, sensational rhetoric from the president has appeal of a particularly dangerous quality. Those fans want the same level of behavior on the part of the head of state.

Is it then true that Trump supporters are not sufficiently cosmopolitan to see the hazards of reality TV/WWE behavior on behalf of the leader of our nation! Are we now under the influence of a generation that has forgotten virtues and favor vices?

I don't know about anybody's life being in danger, but the real danger that lurks is the end of our country.

Once Democrats have total control of government, Socialism will be the next step. From there, Socialism/ Communism. Then just plain ole Communism.

Look at the path the Democrats have made already. If Hillary didn't cheat Sanders out of the nomination, an admitted Socialist would have been the parties choice. You went from liberalism to progressivism, and now from progressivism to Democrat/ Socialism whatever the hell that's supposed to be.
