Legally, I don't see how Trump can extend the time for certification and electors to meet. Certification dates are set by law. The Sup Ct stopped the Fla suits in 2000 because the count had to be completed before the date. Bush v. Gore was not to be precedent, but I can't see how it comes out any other way.

His bs legal fight will inflame his base. It may keep his hold on the gop because anyone not kissing his ring could be primaried.
