Trump Held Fundraiser For Pam Bondi At Mar-a-Lago After She Dropped Trump U Investigation

How can Bondi NOT be fired and prosecuted for such an obvious state and federal crime?

Did she have a private server ?

QUICK - LOOK OVER THERE!!!!! The same old NaziCon deflection.

Distraction.jpg

Good (legal) political move by a private citizen but what happens when the Secretary of State gives special authorization for Russians to mine for radioactive material in exchange for a donation to the lucrative Clinton Foundation? Trump=legal, Hilary=criminal.

idiot.... he bribed her to drop the investigation against him. the timing of that is more problematic than the later fundraiser.

Trump donation is latest ethical jam for Bondi

if Hillary Clinton did that, you'd be saying she should be murdered.

not that it matters, uneducated white supremacists like you will still vote for the orange bigoted fascist

Again, how can libs be so rabidly pissed that Trump was potentially BUYING influence and favors yet not give a damn that Hillary has been SELLING influence and favors - form in side the Federal Govt - for decades?

Don't look now, but your 'hypocrisy' is showing. :p

idiot.... he bribed her to drop the investigation against him.
Again, thank god you know this and have the evidence needed to prove it, get him arrested, charged, and jailed! Can you share it with us....or have you not pulled it out of your arse yet? :p

Let me know when he's behind bars.

NYT article titled "Donald Trump’s Donation Is His Latest Brush With Campaign Fund Rules."

Quote
Donald J. Trump, who has repeatedly denounced pay-to-play politics during his insurgent campaign, is now defending himself against claims that he donated $25,000 to a group supporting the Florida attorney general, Pam Bondi, to sway her office’s review of fraud allegations at Trump University.

Mr. Trump’s payment of a $2,500 penalty to the Internal Revenue Service over that 2013 campaign gift amounted to only the latest slap of his wrist in a decades-long record of shattering political donation limits and circumventing the rules governing contributions and lobbying.

Nice video on Comrade Trump's years of "Pay for Play." He has been busy paying off AGs so they ruled in favor of his Trump U suit. It looks like Crooked Comrade Trump knows how to "rig the system."

Roger Ailes would have driven a harder bargain than Two Tone Donnie.

It's funny how you Libs have no clue how the real world of Construction and business works.

Any of you idiots ever see Rodney Dangerfield in the movie 'Back to School'? There is one scene where some snooty liberal academic who has never actually been out in the real world and done anything in regards to what he is teaching is teaching a business class. Dangerfield cuts him off at one point and shows him where he is full of shit and doesn't know what he is talking about.

He teaches him about how the business world is a lot like politics, how to get anything done a lot of palms need to be greased. If this is a shock to anyone you need to go out in the real world and get a clue. If anyone thinks this doesn't happen in politics you are full of shite.

As I said, the business world Trump[ has operated in and the political world Hillary has lived in are not that different, and both of them have more in common than people think.

So AGAIN, I find it hilarious that Libs are getting pissed that Trump potentially BOUGHT access/favors when Hillary has been SELLING access/favor for decades.

So we have Comrade Trump screaming "Pay for Play" and when he is caught red handed, the game changes, does it? He has been breaking the law in campaign rules for years, but when it is bought up now, it is just technicalities. No, it was and is ILLEGAL. Comrade Trump evidently can "Pay for Play" as much as it wants and the media should turn their back.

So we have Comrade Trump screaming "Pay for Play" and when he is caught red handed, .

Please provide the evidence of him being caught red handed, aside from Liberal opinion.

As described by a lib earlier, Trump threw her a fund-raiser AFTER she had decided not to join the suit.

All you have is the AG making a decision not to join the suit and Trump throwing her a fund raiser AFTERWARDS, neither of which is illegal!

Dude, you are about to flip a gasket about Donnie while ignoring Hillary.

Again, don't hate the playa, hate Hillary's Game. Ya don't like it when Donnie plays it? Too F*ing bad. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

Red:
Yes. For some 40 years, the man has dwelt in the realm of "shady to illegal," and mostly illegal.
  • 1980s:
    • Illegal: Mr. Trump testified under oath before New York State officials that he paid tens of thousands of dollars to the president of the New York City Council through multiple of his subsidiary companies to evade contribution limits. Under oath, he said he had circumvented the state’s $50,000 individual and $5,000 corporate contribution limits by disbursing his contributions to Mr. Stein, the city councilman, through 18 subsidiary companies. Only when the FEC threatened to take him to court did Mr. Trump agree to a $15,000 civil penalty.
  • 1990s:
    • Illegal: Federal Election Commission fined Mr. Trump for exceeding the annual limit on campaign contributions by $47,050, the largest violation in a single year.
  • 2000s:
    • Illegal: The New York State lobbying commission imposed a $250,000 fine for Mr. Trump’s failing to disclose the full extent of his lobbying of state legislators.
    • Illegal: In 2000, failed to disclose to New York State officials that he had spent $150,000 to finance ads opposing a proposed casino in the Catskills, which he saw as a threat to his Atlantic City properties. A settlement led to what, at the time, was the largest penalty imposed by the state lobbying commission: Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts paid $50,000, and Mr. Stone and the front group each paid $100,000, without admitting wrongdoing.
  • 2010s
    • Illegal: His private foundation donated $25K to a political organization.
    • Shady: Mr. Trump has made tens of thousands of dollars in contributions to at least four state attorneys general -- FL, TX, NY and CA-- whose offices have looked into complaints about Trump University.
What proven illegalities are there pertaining to Mrs. Clinton? What has she done that was illegal and that served her own personal financial interests? Who has a proven 40 year track record of committing illegal acts for their own personal financial interest? People make a lot of innuendos about Mrs. Clinton's words and deeds, but with Trump, there's no need to make any innuendo. The proof it right there in black and white in court records.

And folks wonder why he doesn't want to release his tax returns. Someone who got a payment from him is surely aching to review them to see if he reported the "donation" he made to them. And for the "children" reading this, it's not Trump's actual income that anyone gives a damn about; it's the information that'll appear on the pass-through entity return and business statements and supporting schedules, all of which shows up on Trump's personal return because his companies are all privately held. (Were Trump Organization a public corporation, a lot of that same information would not show up.)

Maybe not murdered but the "liberal" media would be screaming for her to step down.

Okay, easyt65, here you go. Yup, Comrade Trump is a very adept "Pay for Play" artist.

Everyone can sit in mock judgment of another individual, but if one has facts upon which to base one's judgment of that individual, the judgment shifts from being a judgment to an observation and recitation of facts. Now depending on how one presents the facts and information one gathered, one may rightly be viewed in one of two lights:
  • If one is careless in how one presents that information, one is likely to appear as the pot who called the kettle black.
  • If one is careful and neutral about presenting the information and in how one presents it, there is nothing others can rightly say about one. The facts, when presented in their entirety, speak for themselves. When the fully and fairly (neutrally) presented facts are given and they speak for themselves, the only thing left for disingenuous folks to do is address pretty much anything except the factual situation (or the facts themselves). What do we call that? It's call "grasping at straws."
    • We know what that looks like. When one brings up "X" and all the opposition has to talk about is "Y" and won't ever admit the verity and/or applicability of "X."
In short, the only reason things are "political" is because folks won't face up to the whole set of available facts at any given point in time.

When will Trump and Bondi be arrested?

Seeing as Trump has paid a fine for his wrongdoing, I doubt he'll appear in court over it. Bondi may or may not be charged with accepting and/or asking for a bribe. I don't know if the evidence is strong enough to convict her of that in a courtroom. If it isn't, she won't be charged. The evidence was clearly strong enough to show Trump's guilt...he paid the fine.

Trump's $2,500 fine was to the IRS. Other shoes will drop...

President Bush did and it was OK.

Oh,

Wait,

no it wasn't.

Missing White House Emails

So strikes the GOP double standard. If a Democrat does it, it must be illegal. If a Republican does it, it's an "Oh well, we'll do better next time (wink, wink)".

If Bush had one, he'd be lucky to know how to turn it on.

But he should be investigated and disciplined accordingly.

Moron.
