And most people don't get charged with gun possession while using drugs....unless the gun was used in another crime.

Trump on the other hand is being treated with kid gloves for crimes that would have gotten anyone else thrown into jail a long time ago. Jack Teixiera wants the sweetheart deal that Trump has, citing Trump's special treatment when asking to be released pending his trial.
