I read one of the links in your post about it, and that begs the question: If thousands of people were getting sick and dying, and DumBama took over in 2009, why did it take him until 2015 to introduce this as law? Is it because it actually did something, or was it because he was out of there in two years and he knew a Republican would reverse it and make Republicans look bad?
