Let's just focus on what this EO promises the American people. From the first EO which called for 90 days to investigate better ways to vet immigrants to protect against terrorists, that would be April 22. Because the travel ban was put on hold doesn't mean the State Dept and Intelligence Services couldn't get to work. Have they? Will they be ready on Memorial Day to let refugees from these countries into America?
If they were being held to THAT, rather than quibbling about the Constitutionality of the EO, maybe we could get this over with and see if it is going to improve security.

This just in. President Trump tweeted that the federal court system from the Supreme Court on down are Obama Operatives, and not real judges. Many of them have Hispanic names. He has asked for all of their resignations.

In a seperate tweet, he said that the Constitution ink has faded over the last 200 years or so, and is now all but unreadable, so it is no longer operative.
