Zone1 *Multiple Dead During Mid-Summer Pilgrimage*

I'm absolutely not a narcissist. I have followed the pilgrimage news for decades. Yes, there have been tramplings and fires, but the Saudis invest every year in infrastructure, services and transportation for the pilgrims.
Not enough.

- correct, that's because not being a phony christian is the only means of doing so.

I’m talking about you morally.
It's because morals are absolute, dummy.

being moral does not exist ...

no, morals are fluid as jesus taught, servitude and denial the desert religions to worship are exactly why in the beginning self determination was chosen over the unknown to triumph good vs evil a state of purity is required for remission ... to worship is to die.

Jesus did not teach morals can be fluid. Liar.

Wrong again. Jesus never refuted the commands he originally gave them as Jehovah. He came to fulfill the law and give new commandments and discard unnecessary ones because of the new ones. He refutiated the the Sanhedrin and Pharisees who distorted the meaning of prophecies about him and other truths.
what "new" commandments?
Nonsense. He said to the adulteress “go and sin no more.”
right----the pharisee POV. What "new" commandments? What prophesies about him?

And yet every argument you make is a moral argument.

While some moral principles seem to transcend time and culture, such as fairness, generally speaking, morality is not fixed. Morality describes the particular values of a specific group at a specific point in time.

Moral Absolutism In History

Moral absolutism was popular amongst ancient Greek philosophers such as Plato and Aristotle. It also largely shaped historical societies through the "divine right of kings."

The divine right of kings gave royalty political and religious right to rule as they were under the mandate of God. It also made the setting up and upholding of laws easier as rulers were subject only to the will of God, and not to the people over which they served.

This has carried over into the creation of laws and justice systems across the world, where the law must be upheld with no exceptions. This is seen in some Muslim countries, where Islamic revivalists are attempting to bring back Hudud punishments, which are thought to have been mandated by God.

True but incomplete ---the actions of the UMMA on Oct. 7, 2023 describe the values of the UMMA (a specific group) from its
inception (6th century CE) to the present time and, most likely,
forever. <<< not a specific point in time---but a time span

And yet every argument you make is a moral argument.
Nonsense. He said to the adulteress “go and sin no more.”

you two are just obsessed ... the liar moses said to the gal the above - the exemplars were all four swingers and were not jews they believed as a&e for them to find their own self determination not to worship servitude and denial.

jesus taught they are fluid - circumstantial in all cases ...

not the madeup moses 10 commandments used by christians, the desert religions to persecute and victimize the innocent ... and that certainly guiding lites do exist, fleetingly.

You cannot and will not ever win this debate. You are a bonafide loser

you want to call that drivel "arguments"?
Not really. The point I was making through him was that no matter what people profess to believe they can't help but to demonstrate - through their actions and words - that they believe in a universal common decency that they expect everyone else to understand, accept and follow.

I use him like the pawn that he is.

Nope. Even back then there were people who disagreed with the societal norm. Morals are effectively standards. As such they exist for logical reasons. Logic and reason are not relative. Logic and reason are absolute. So, so are the standards.
