Trump removed from Colorado ballot

How are they the domain of the states when it impacts a federal office?
The states have a right interpret the constitution to be rent an insurrectionist from winning their states electors.

Trumps worst nightmare is that the Supreme Court will likely agree that this is a states rights issue and Colorado has correctly interpreted the 14th amendment of the constitution.

And if Colorado does not want to contribute to the election of a president who is engaged in an insurrection, they should be able to stop it at the state level.

And you states rights Confederates should agree with this decision

The elections are governed by states. Argue with CO scotues.
Go look up the supremacy clause in the constitution. In matters regarding federal elections, federal law trumps state law.

The CO Supreme Court stepped out of its bounds by essentially saying Trump was guilty of inciting an insurrection without any trial courts (which they are not) determining that fact.

Do any of you cultists believe in States Rights? Colorado has the right, under the U.S. Constitution to decide who can and cannot be on the Colorado State Ballot.

The Tenth Amendment To The Constitution of The United States of America.

"Any Powers Not Given To The Federal Government Are Reserved To The States or To The People."

Colorado has the right, under the U.S. Constitution to decide unto itself who can and cannot be on their State's Ballot. Do YOU believe in States Rights.

He is not an officer. It says nothing about 'Executive office' in the 14th.

There is a recent Supreme Court opinion discussing the scope of the Constitution's "Officers of the United States"-language. In Free Enter. Fund v. Pub. Co. Accounting Oversight Bd. (2010), Chief Justice Roberts observed that "[t]he people do not vote for the 'Officers of the United States.'"
Rather, "officers of the United States" are appointed exclusively pursuant to Article II, Section 2 procedures. It follows that the President, who is an elected official, is not an "officer of the United States."
...or hold any office...

Nope.

You have no idea how this works. None whatsoever.

More like Biden's worst nightmare is that he can't remove Trump from the ballot via leftwing judicial fiat nor by leftwing state legislative fiat and will have to actually RUN AGAINST TRUMP ON HIS OWN (BIDEN'S) RECORD.

Funny how the Left claim Trump is so unpopular or that the 2020 election was America's repudiation of Trump, yet they are pissing themselves scared shitless of running against him next year that they are trying everything but the kitchen sink trying to not even allow voters to have free choice.

NEXT UP: In 2024, someone in the democrat party makes an attempt on Trump's life.

Lessee, OB, so apparently all we need to do now is to get one red state to declare Joe Biden is an illegal and illegitimate candidate to run for POTUS next year.
No, you’ll have to start with an actual insurrection where Biden tried to overturn an election he lost and led a violent mob to attack Cops to benefit him. You can’t just make it up like the dominion voting machine fiasco.

No, they just interpreted the 14th amendment of the constitution, and this state supreme court decided and explain in 10 different ways. Why the President of the United States is considered an “office” by the writers of the constitution. Three.

At the time of 01-06, P01135809 held office. He lost that office. He advocated, he endorsed and he supported the violent overthrow of Government of the United States. He wanted his own Vice President hung by the neck until dead..

lol Trump certainly didn’t stop illegal immigration during his term even if it is worse now. Remember when he put troops on the border? One of the dumbest policy decisions ever. You really can’t defend it either because they accomplished absolutely nothing the short time they were there. Hell can you imagine if they shot someone wo was unarmed?! Maybe you would have been okay with that but that’s a court martial right there
Wait, are you serious?

Damn, if the Zombie apocalypse ever came to pass you leftist dems would be safe.....No brains to offer.

No, you have to start with an actual insurrection. That’s what January 6 was. And Donald J Trump led that for him to be the beneficiary of it. He was not just some stupid Ashli Babbitt, dying for a president who lied to her. He lied so much got the dumb woman killed.
Ohhhh democrats can find insurrections in all kinds of places. If saying "peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard" can be an insurrection, anything can be an insurrection.
