For all the calls of idiocy and incompetence and madness coming from the Democrats and their media cohorts, Trump is essentially directing both domestic and global events, and succeeding at it. For all the complaints of allied and enemy governments accustomed to a former president who grabbed his ankles at their every behest, they are moving rapidly to cooperate.

Some did. Most did not. Use of drugs was by the very rich and the soon to be dead. The impaired were prey to animal and human predators. There was no food, shelter or medical care. There was little to no kindness or even what passed as Christian charity. The better off locked addicts in attics, basements or in asylums. The world was not friendly to the impaired.

It's expensive in the shops, to be sure. And it's legal here for anyone to grow 6 plants at home. I personally can't imagine spending money on weed. That would be like an Eskimo buying ice.
