Gabbard has also said in several interviews that she supports building a wall in areas where that is the best way to secure the border, but that she also believes that regular fencing and technology are good enough to secure a majority of the border.

And, yes, she has repeatedly made the point that without border security, we have no country. It's like owning a home but having no right to say who comes in your home and through what door. You would be paying the mortgage but would not really be the owner anymore.

Her sane immigration stance is one reason the DNC has rigged the debate criteria to exclude her from the debates.
