The factory was closed in February. You mean that in 90 days AND COUNTING there could be no inspections or cleanup? The factory is just closed forever. Especially when the bacteria that sickened the children wasn't found at the factory. Knowing that the government permanently closed the formula factory no government agency contemplated making up the shortfall.
