Tyreek Hill admits he contributed to the problem during his arrest.

yes it is required by law to roll down your window,,

the law has been posted several times on this subject

The issue was AFTER the interaction, not during. And there is NO law in Florida that states a driver must roll down their window for a cop. If there is, POST IT. I mean what if its broken and doesn't roll down and the cop tells you to roll your window down? You gonna go to jail for a broken window motor?

Just comply, it's that simple

Even if the demand from the cop is not legal and necessary to the stop? Just shut up and suck up to the pigs? You do realize that speeding is a CIVIL infraction and subject to CIVIL penalties ONLY. With that in mind, the stop must be according to CIVIL law.

He can open the door and hand them to the cop. But the law says they must be presented to the cop, doesn't even say that they must be surrendered to the cop. That means the cop doesn't need to hold them in his hand, legally.

Ok your links don't show anything about someone having to roll down a window at a stop, but nice try.

No he didn't I've seen the video. Just stop
the whole event wasnt 60 seconds long..
he already had the window open and gave his DL then reopened it within 15 seconds of being asked and was out of the car with one foot almost on the ground within 8 seconds of being asked to get out before they attacked him,,

maybe its you that needs to watch the video again

this video slows it down and goes second by second,,

I don't care. Just comply. It's that simple. Instead you're on here whining because Hill was acting the ass.

are you looking for something that says you are required to roll the window ALL THE WAY DOWN??
or just enough to converse and exchange papers??

The COP was acting the ass!!! It was a CIVIL STOP. Since there is no law in Florida stating that he must roll his window down WHILE THE COP IS BACK AT HIS VEHICLE, then he doesn't have to "comply" with the cops "demands." The cop isn't Jesus Christ. He is bound by LAW. He CANNOT force someone to do something they are NOT LEGALLY REQUIRED TO DO! Everything a cop tells someone to do at a stop MUST BE WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE STOP. PERIOD. There is NO benefit to the cop for him to keep his window down while the cop is back at his motorcycle behind his car. NONE. So thus he doesn't have to do that.

The way he was treated was more along the lines of him being stopped for STEALING the car he was in, not SPEEDING in it.
