U.S. Leans Toward Providing Abrams Tanks to Ukraine

Does anybody think that it matters if Russia gets US technology?
Russia is on the road to defeat against America and their coalition of the willing, as long as it remains non-nuclear conventional weapons.

The question remains, 'including' nuclear weapons. (not necessary to speculate)
I guess it doesn't matter to classified document Joe.... because he left decades of weapons innovation and files in Afghanistan... the old man is a one man wrecking crew....

'Oh NO you di'int!'

Considering how anti-2nd Ammendment the Democrats are....

Isn't it strange how quick Joe is giving out sophisticated weaponry to everyone else in the world?

and yes, Moscow and its cuckold are gonna hate, so what ? 1% of the world economy without chances against us
30 Abrams as far as I know

Germany has been hesitant to send their Leopard tanks to Ukraine unless the US sends Abrams tanks.

That's what this move is about.

Abrams tanks run on jet fuel which is not in abundance in Ukraine.

1. True, Germany & Poland want to send Leopard tanks but need the US to send Abrams tanks first, so send them the Abrams tanks.
2. Abrams run on several fuel types.
So far it’s the only MBT in mass production with a turbine engine (the Russians did have an attempt at it but gave up). Turbines are really useful as they’re compact, very powerful, and you can feed them pretty much anything so long as it’s a liquid containing hydrocarbons. Cooking oil, aviation gas, diesel, petrol, methanol, alcohol, you name it. This is great for the Logistics chaps as they don’t have to worry about providing different fuels for different vehicles and, in extreme situations the tank maybe able to procure something locally if fuel is limited. The downside for the Logistics chaps is that the Abrams drinks fuel like it’s in the only open bar on judgement day. Literally, running a regiment of Abrams as an MBT would bankrupt a number of small nations in fuel costs alone. Each tank uses about 500 gallons of fuel for every 350 miles, assuming its on flat pavement at cruising speed. Tanks do not normally inhabit flat, paved, areas, as theses areas are generally considered to be bad for their life expectancy so those figures are an almost unachievable target in real world use.
