You have the NUCLEAR OPTION where only 51 Republicans can push through a bill....Reid used it several times, and that BITCH MITCH REFUSED to use it.... that 60 member SUPPOSED RULE is just that, a Senate rule, that could, and can be waivered at any time by the Senate Majority leader....
