In NZ we have to sit a license - have to get 23/25 questions right. I like the idea that people at least have to have a modicum of intelligence to handle a firearm.

I think if you have served in the armed forces and have retired or being discharged honorably, then you shouldn't have to sit a test.

I'm sitting up here Matthew reading Drudge headlines with my first cup of coffee and trying not to scream.
