They have been doing that for a long time since like the late 1980's...

------------------------------------------ sure seems so , i see Police and some Military types walking around with M4 type carbines , helmets some body armor and similar as they keep the herd safe in USA airports and society . I see the same at public celebrations on New Years Eve on tv and when i have used airports in big cities in the past few years . -------------- I think its interesting as i speculate about the future . ------------------- i still gotta watch the video .
