US Pledges Central America Aid, Programs to Address Migration

An increased number of migrants have traveled from Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras to reach the United States, leading President Joe Biden to task Harris to work with the governments of the three countries, along with Mexico, to try to address the factors motivating people to leave their homes.

The World Food Program said in a report earlier this year that after several hurricanes hit the region, and the economic effects of the coronavirus pandemic, the number of people facing hunger in Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras has reached 7.8 million.

A $310 million U.S. program announced Monday will seek to address food insecurity in the region and deliver other needed humanitarian aid.

(Waste of taxpayers' money because the money never get to the people.)

Tale of Two Presidents:

Trump: "Quit sending those illegal immigrants here or else we will cut off the money we're already giving you..."

Biden: "We'll give you even more money if you'd please quit sending those poor immigrants here, ok? I mean, be nice, man. Ok? Please?"

Now guess which one works and which one doesn't work.
Neither

Was the CIA invading China demand that the Chinese support them? Or, were you just using a thin excuse to say that China executed 20 CIA? It looks like these two issues have nothing to do with one another.
In a roundabout way, my point is that maybe if we didn't interfere in other countries , often at our own expense in the long run, we wouldn't be having a border problem.

Europe is dealing with our Iraqi, Libyan and Syrian war refugees - but we turn a blind eye to that.
