We were told the same kind of bullshit and even the existence of PTSD was being denied as a mental health issue back in the day!

There were a lot more fucked up guys then and we heard the same fucking bullshit from you know-it-alls that were all safe back at home who's worst day was a GAWD DAMN hang nail, bad hair or a parking ticket! But thank you for paying a couple of hundred bucks for our funerals and a flag while you slept safely!

What Trump said was dangerous. Trump just told vets that they aren't strong if they seek help, a problem we already had with trying to get them help. Of course Trump didn't intend his meaning to be that, but he doesn't think before he speaks. This is not a good thing in a President.

Again, I don't think Trump intended to be an insufferable ass in this instance, he just doesn't have the best words. Doesn't do any good to have more mental health help if veterans won't seek it for fear of appearing "weak".
